My name is Zamira! My passion lies in psychology, mental health, and helping others through difficult times. I have a degree in clinical psychology and i'm on the way to becoming a certified life coach. As your empathetic listener, I am here to provide support and comfort. Confidentiality is of utmost importance in my practice. Client information will never be disclosed without consent unless required by law.
You are welcome to engage in however many or as few sessions as you're comfortable with. I would recommend at least 1 session per week to discuss any challenges on your mind. This journey can be as profound as your entire life story or as focused as a recent event that you feel the need to talk about. Your sessions are tailored to your needs, providing a space for you to explore and share at your own pace.
Expressing your thoughts to someone who sincerely listens and guides the conversation can be incredibly beneficial. Venting enables you to release negative emotions, gain a deeper understanding of yourself, and foster a connection with someone who genuinely cares.
Sessions will take place via zoom. Once booked, you will receive a confirmation email with a zoom link.
